A házi- és sétaöltözék szoknyái megőrzik az őszkor adott alakot a célszerű huzalszalaggal. A kevéssé több uszállyal való szoknyákat inkább lefele foglaljuk össze, hogy az uszály legyező alakban terjedhessen, ez esetben azonban a huzal helyett keskeny ráncokat használunk. Az ily szoknya fölé mindegyik tunika jól áll. A deréktól elválasztott tunikához mai számunk három mintát mutat, az egészen egyszerű szoknyatunika, a csinos beduine-tunika, mely mindenkinek igen jól áll és mosnivaló utiruhákhoz igen ajánlatos. Végül pedig a hátul összeérő tunika, mely lassanként a többé-kevésbbé jól álló köténytunikából fejlődött és most többnyire a fölcsípés módja szerint változik két egyenlő vagy különböző véggel és a kelme ráncaiban képezett bodorszél által, vagy pedig kissé szűkebbre szabjuk és széles, egyenes szalagrészt veszünk hozzá. A derék megtartja a hosszú lebbenyű, sima vért vagy páncél alakot, de gyakrabban mutatja a négyrészű hátrészt, mely már a mult nyáron egyszer fölmerült. A varratokba gyakran alkalmazunk gyönge halcsontokat, ezek azonban nem mindig szükségesek, sőt jobb, ha mellőzzük. Kapcsolat majd elől, majd hátul, majd pedig oldalt van; az elő-kapcsolatot gyakran eszközöljük hajtókával és két gombsorral.

Ezen utasítások a divatos princess felsőruhát is illetik. Mi se emeli annyira a nemes termet karcsú, bájos körvonalait, mint ezen testhezálló felsőruha, mely a lebbenyvonal félbeszakítása nélkül, simán hull le. Fiatal, hajlékony termethez mi se lehet előnyösebb, mint az elől egészen sima, hátul gombolt princess-tunika, sőt éretebb korban, nagyobb terjedelem mellett is elég alak létezik, melynek ezen viselet jól áll - ez esetben azonban a tükörhöz kell folyamodni, mint részrehajlatlan tanácsadóhoz, részrehajlatlanul.

Néhány csinos és egyszerű princess felsőruhát mutatunk. Először a princess tunika, azután a testhez álló szoknya és végül a karcsú, tág alak. A karcsú princess alak kevés díszítéket kíván és tűr. De a szoknya díszítéke is örvendetes módon egyszerűsül. Gyakran a szoknya egészen simán marad a tunika dús redőzete alatt, többnyire azonban keskeny (12-18 cm széles) díszitékkel, selyem rakottránccal, melynek kelmedudora és selyem szegélyű feje van, kettősen leűzdelt rakottránccal, hímesen mint a felsőruha vagypedig négyszeres öbölráncokkal látjuk el; a fenn említett kelmedudor helyett vehetünk szabadon végződő fodrot vagy rózsaöblökbe rendezett teljes bodrot. Az ujj többnyire a szoknya díszítékét ismétli, de számtalan szép és önálló ékítést is mutat. A szép ujj még mindig igen becses, de legbecsesebb a csinos táska, melyet a felsőruha testhez álló alakja nélkülözhetetlenné tesz. A táskát fölvarrjuk, vagy pedig tág szalagon vagy zsinóron a derék körül akasztjuk, de hiányoznia nem szabad. A derékon körülvett zsinór oly tetszésben részesül, hogy gyakran a fölvarrott táska mellett is egyes lánc zsinórt tesznek a derék körül, melynek bojtos végei könnyedén lelógnak.

A burkonyok ezúttal a tág köpenykéket is felmutatják. Az otthonkák és kabátok megtartották a régi, csinos alakot, hátul kissé kanyarítva, elől egészen tágan. A divatos, hosszú "Ulster" és a célszerű ujj-köpeny, mindkettő mint eső- és porköpeny nélkülözhetetlen. A kabátok és köpenyek készítését ismertnek tesszük föl, s csakis a varratoknak selyem szalaggal való beszegését említjük, mely oly szépnek mutatkozik, hogy néhány év óta már a lágyabb kelméknél is alkalmazzák.

A díszíték egyezik a kelmével; cheviotot, stb. legcélszerűbb gyapot zsinórral vagy széles kelmecsíkokkal díszíteni, mikhez a gyapot rojtok csatlakoznak. A gyapot zsinórt köpenyekre, zarándok gallérokra és durva tüll burkonyokra is használják.  A durva tüll a meleg kelméknél is szeretne tért foglalni és a zsinórozatok közt sok szerencsével lép föl. A gyöngyök végképp eltűntek, a szinórok kiszorították. A bogbordák igen csinos díszítéket adnak és jelenleg Macramé néven nagy tetszésnek örvendenek. A gombok tetemsen kisebbedtek, ehelyett azonban számban szaporodtak.

Addig, míg a napernyő elfoglalná helyét a legyezők uralkodnak, az övön vagy karperecen mindenféle díszítékkel. A napesernyő (entoutcas) a tulajdonképpeni tavaszi ernyő, tág mezőt nyújt a díszítékeknek.

The skirts of in-door and walking dresses keep the shape gained during autumn with the practical drawstring. Skirts with more or less trains rather supported downwards, so the train may expand in fan shape, but in this case instead of wire narrow pleats setted. Above such skirt every type of tunique fits well. The tunique seperated from the bodice present issue shows three samples, the really simple skirt-tunique, the pretty beduine-tunique, very becoming for everyone and very adviced for washable travelling dresses. Finally the tunique contiguous at the back, this slowly evolved from the more or less becoming apron-tunique, and now mostly varies by the method of gathering up with two equal or different endings and by the ruffle side formed in the fabric pleats, or tailored slightly tighter and wide, straigth ribbon piece setted on it. The bodice keeps the long peplum, simple cuirasse or basque shapes, but more often rearises the four panel back side, once emerged during last summer. In the seams often weak balleens setted, but these aren't always necessary, indeed better if ignored. Closure either infront, or at the back, or else at the side; the front closure often made with turn-up and two button rows.

These instructions in regard to the fashionable princess outer garment too. Nothing else can rise the noble figure's slender, charming silhouette as much, as this tight fitting outer garment, without the break-line of the peplum, plainly falls down. For young, elastic figure nothing else can be more attractive, but at the front wholly plain, at the back buttoned princess-tunique, moreover in mature age, with bigger size enough shapes exist to this clothing is becoming - but in this have recourse to the mirror, as impartial advisor, impartially.

We present some pretty and simple princess outer garments. At first the princess-tunique, and then the tight fitting skirt and finally the slender, loose shape. The slender princess shape requires and tolerates little decoration. But the decoration of the skirt simplifications in good method too. Often the skirt left wholly plain under the opulent pleats of the tunique, but mostly with narrow (12-18 cm wide) trim, silk pleats with fabric bulk and silk faced edge, box pleated pleats, fancy as the outer garment, or setted with fourfold box pleats; instead of the bulk noted before, loose ruffles or rose-like arranged full ruffles can be sorted. The sleeves mostly repeat the skirt's trimming, but countless nice and unique trimmings appear too. The nice sleeves are still very precious, but the most precious is the nice bag, made essential by the tight fitting shape of the outer garment. The bag sewn on, or on loose ribbon or else on cord hangs around the waist, but must not miss. The cord around the waist so prefered, sometimes even beside the attached bag a chain cord put around the waist, with the tasseled endings hanging down gently.

The wraps this time present the loose mantelets too. The overalls and coats kept the old, pretty shape, at the back slightly curved, infront wholly loose. The stylish, long "Ulster" and the practical inverness cape, both as rain- and dust coats essential. The tailoring of coats and mantelets taken into account, and we only note the facings of the seamlines with silk ribbons, this appeared so nicely, that for a few years now used on the softer fabrics too.

The decoration same as the fabric; cheviot, etc. most practical to trim with cotton cords or wide fabric slices, to these cotton fringes attached. Cotton cordings setted on mantelets, pilgrim collars and on rough tulle wraps too. The rough tulle would like to settle within the warm fabrics too, and among the cordings rise to view luckily. The beads disappeared teetotally, the cords extruded them. The knotted cords offer a really pretty decoration, and recently named as Macramé rejoice big favour. The buttons got smaller considerably, but instead increased in number.

As long as parasol would step in place, fans reign on belt or bracelet, with all kinds of decorations. The sun-umbrella (entoutcas) is the proper spring-time umbrella, gives a wide space for decorations.
